Your primary focus will be on streamlining payroll and HR operations, whilst implementing a European payroll solution, and ensuring compliance with local regulations across multiple countries in Europe.br/br/strongResponsibilities /strongbr/As Manager Payroll and HR Administration your main tasks and responsibilities will be:br/ /polliOversee and manage end-to-end payroll and HR administration operations for multiple countries in Europe to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions. /liliAssess current payroll and HR administration processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices and streamlined workflows. /liliLead the transformation of European payroll and HR processes and systems, driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across multiple countries. /liliManage and coordinate European payroll and onboarding system implementations, with external vendors, project planning, and system configuration. /liliEnsure compliance with local payroll and HR regulations and statutory requirements in all countries of operation. /liliDevelop and implement European payroll HR policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data security. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll and HR systems with HRIS, time and attendance systems, and other relevant platforms. /liliMonitor and report on payroll and HR performance and metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for continuous improvement. /liliManage relationships with payroll and HR vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and escalations are addressed promptly. /liliStay updated with European payroll HR regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for each jurisdiction. /liliStay updated with payroll HR trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in payroll HR administration processes. /liliLead and manage a team of payroll HR professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunities. /li /olbr/strongAbout you /strongbr/To be successful in the role you need:br/olliProven experience as a European Payroll and HR Administration Manager or similar role, with a focus on managing payroll operations across multiple countries. /liliProven experience leading payroll and HR transformation initiatives. /liliStrong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations in different European countries. /liliExperience working with international payroll HR service providers and managing relationships with external vendors. /liliProficiency in using payroll HR software or systems for end-to-end payroll processing. /liliExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing complex payroll scenarios across different jurisdictions. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reconciliations. /liliExcellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple payrolls and deadlines. /liliStrong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate a diverse team of payroll HR professionals. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. /liliStrong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex payroll HR administration transformation projects. /liliUnderstanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements in handling employee information. /liliProficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. /liliContinuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and best practices. /liliBachelor’s degree and a certification or professional qualification in payroll such as the CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management or related field is advantageous. /liliAbility to travel. /li /olbr/strongIn return AAK offers /strongbr/- Join a pioneering company in specialty oils and fats, driving innovation and sustainability.br/- In AAK you can work across 25+ countries, gaining international exposure and collaborating with a diverse team.br/- AAK invests in your development with training, mentorship, and clear career paths.br/- You will contribute to a greener world with AAK's sustainability-focused approach.br/- Join a diverse and inclusive workplace that values every individual's perspective and talents.br/br/strongContact and information /strongbr/Please apply through our career portal.
