Job DescriptionAs a Manager, you will lead teams and deliver project work across a range of clients from our Amsterdam office or client sites. You will drive business growth, improve revenue, produce proposals and other client materials, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with other Sia offices to leverage our global network. You will stay updated on financial services developments and contribute to building the Sia brand in the Dutch insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams and deliver work to clients.

Drive business growth and improve revenue.

Produce proposals and other client materials.

Mentor and develop junior team members.

Collaborate across Sia offices for cross‐selling and knowledge sharing.

Track industry developments and contribute to brand building.

Work on business strategy definition and implementation, business improvement, regulatory and operational risk transformation, innovation, and project management.

Required Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in (management) consulting.

Experience delivering change to a top‐tier insurance company; banking experience is a plus.

Strong entrepreneurial drive for client and business development.

Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and technologies (insurtech/fintech).

Strong network within the Dutch insurance market.

Strong academic background (business, mathematics, economics).

Dutch native speaker; English communication and presentation skills are a plus.
