Manager of Finance & Administration (m/f/d)

The candidate will be responsible for managing all internal departments of the company (except Customer Service and Outside Sales Department) consisting of Financial Accounting, Controlling & Cost Accounting, Assembly and Service, Inventory, Purchasing, Human Resources, EDP, Organization and General Affairs. The Manager Finance & Administration will be responsible for about a total of 10 team members including 2 Department Heads. This role will report to the Country Manager Netherlands.

• The ideal candidate needs to have/be a solid financial, controlling and management background preferably in the industry sector
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a finance position, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• HR and recruitment experience would be a plus
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Hands-on personality with problem solving skills and a pragmatic focus on results
• Being able to establish practical processes with an entrepreneurial and holistic view, acting as a Generalist
