Role Description We are seeking a Manager for Beauty Devices with expertise in "Huid Therapie" to join our on-site team in Almere on a full-time basis. This role involves overseeing the selection, promotion, and management of beauty devices, interacting with clients to provide top-tier customer service, and addressing their technical and product-related inquiries. Additional responsibilities include managing the hiring and training process for team members, and ensuring operational goals are met within the department. Qualifications Experience with beauty devices and wellness equipment is an advantage Experience and knowledge in cosmetology and hair care best practices Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive client relationships Proven expertise in customer service and responding to client needs Strong organizational and leadership abilities Advanced proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
