Management Accountant

A leading global organization is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for an initial six-month contract. This role involves providing financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, identifying variances against budget and forecasts
• Collaborate with key departments to develop financial forecasts and assist in budget planning
• Monitor financial performance, highlighting risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Support financial statement preparation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in management accounting or financial management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical financial regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required
