As a strongLogistics RMA Officer /strongyou ensure that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for a variety of logistical and administrative tasks and will contribute to a safe, organised, and well-structured warehouse environment.br /Most orders are shipped from an external main warehouse. However, you will also be strongco-responsible for the internal warehouse /strong within the organisation. This internal warehouse handles a smaller number of orders as well as all RMA (return) shipments. From here, goods are occasionally shipped to customers, suppliers, or the external warehouse.br /Key responsibilities:ulliReceiving and registering incoming goods /liliInspecting the condition and quality of incoming and outgoing products /liliOrder picking and stock management /liliProcessing inbound and outbound shipments from carriers /liliRegistering and following up on RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests /liliCommunicating with customers and suppliers regarding returns (via email and phone) /liliApplying correct strongDangerous Goods (DG) labeling /strong for shipments /liliManaging and maintaining warehouse documentation /liliEnsuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organised /liliStoring goods in the correct locations within the warehouse /li /ulThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of stronghands-on logistics work and administrative responsibilities /strong, and who values accuracy, structure, and teamwork within a professional environment.H3Requirements /H3We are looking for a strongdynamic and motivated colleague /strong who:ulliIs a strong multitasker and works accurately and in an organised manner /liliSpeaks French and English fluently.
