Where are you going to work
Working for this new employer means that you work for an international, informal and professional organization that operates from 5 production locations in Urk, which is of course quite special, this is because they have various products that must be produced in a different way. They have grown strongly in recent years and have strong growth ambitions for the years to come. That is why they are immediately looking for Line Operators

What are your activities going to be
As a Line Operator, your role may vary slightly depending on the specific location where you'll be working, but you are always the key point of contact on the production line. You play a crucial role in ensuring that the production line, along with the production staff, keeps running smoothly and that the correct products are being produced. Regular communication with your team leader and plant manager about the tasks at hand is essential, and you will actively participate in the production process.

You'll be responsible for setting up the machinery so that production can start on time and ensuring a proper end-of-day wrap-up. If any issues arise, you ll be capable of troubleshooting and resolving them. We also place a high priority on hygiene, so we expect you to enter the production floor with clean nails, without makeup, perfume, or jewelry.

Please note that we are at our busiest around Christmas, and taking time off during this period is not possible.

Has strong communication skills (English/Polish)
