With your support, we want to elevate the recognition of our worldwide leasing services to a new level.Your TasksNegotiating, drafting and managing aircraft engine leasing and trading transactions, dealing with airlines, lessors and OEMsDrafting and executing other miscellaneous agreements (e.g. NDAs, maintenance agreements, warranty letters, financing documents)Advising on legal, risks and compliance matters to ensure the achievement of the targets while minimizing risksAnalyzing and assessing any disputes and/or litigation cases in order to support management decisions, managing external counsels in any relevant jurisdictionBeing the point of contact to internal stakeholders (business departments or affiliate companies) for any legal querySupporting management with comprehensive information, reporting whenever requiredLeading ad-hoc projects as required and as assigned by managementParticipating and leading dedicated projects for the management of CMS and other compliance softwareYour ProfileDegree in Law and proven experience in international trade or commercial lawProfessional work experience on high-value transactions, preferably in the aviation or transport industry working with leasing companies or airlinesStrong drafting, analytical, negotiation and problem solving skillsAbility to work closely with lease and asset management teams being directly involved in negotiations with customers and suppliersEloquent communication skills; diplomacy in customer dealings and internal stakeholders discussionsSelf-starter and independent working attitude on complex projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent English proficiency and preferably additional language skillsGood IT skills: in particular MS Office and contract management toolsWe OfferWith our extensive training plan and tailor-made development programs, we invest in the professional and personal development of every employee.
