We’re building a global platform that functions seamlessly across regions (US, UK, APEC, EU), languages, and legislations—and we need a technical team leader who’s also a hands-on developer to drive this vision forward. br  /pp strongWhat you will do /strong  /pullipBe part of the technical direction of the domain of your team, shaping the technical roadmap and ensuring best practices.  /p /lilipActively write code and provide technical mentorship within the team—approx. 70% hands-on development.  /p /lilipCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.  /p /lilipCollaborate closely with other teams to enhance collaboration and foster cross-functional project alignment.  /p /lilipTake ownership of architecture decisions, performance optimizations, and quality standards.  /p /lilipManage, mentor, and facilitate a growing team of engineers—conduct code reviews, support professional development, and foster a collaborative team environment.  /p /lilipDrive recruitment efforts, onboarding, and team-building initiatives.  /p /lilipDevelop automation and integrations to streamline onboarding and operations worldwide.  /p /lilipWork with AWS, Docker, event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ), and other cloud-native tools to ensure a secure, compliant, and reliable platform.  /p /lilipPromote your team members to encourage testing as part of their day to day operations. br /p /li /ul
