Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands (BeNeLux & UK)

Job Description

Infosys is expanding in the Europe region, specifically in Benelux and the UK, within the Telecom sector. We are looking to grow our team across multiple areas of the technology value chain, including Networks, Product Management, Broadband technologies, and Cable & IPTV.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development & delivery of platforms, products, and services, ensuring end‑to‑end ownership across Product Management, Platform Development & Delivery, Program Management, and Networks.
• Monitor and analyze market conditions, technology developments, global & local trends, competitive landscape, vendor updates, research data, and industry standards.
• Define strategy and architecture in collaboration with senior customers and Infosys leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers, senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders to deliver commitments with high quality and within schedule.
• Work within cross‑functional teams—technical, business, and marketing—to develop concepts from idea to launch and deliver programs across various domains.
• Own release planning and the release process, including setting release goals and ensuring successful delivery.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are met and participate in sprint reviews from the business/customer perspective.
• Produce documentation to support development, launch, support, services, and sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze feature performance, driving ongoing improvement and optimizations.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert to assist with sales and support as needed.

Location & Availability

Open mainly in Benelux and the UK. Valid work authorisation is required.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
• Experience with agile software development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile) and tools.
• Proven ability to negotiate planning and backlog with engineers, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
• Industry‑recognized certifications: Agile, Pragmatic Marketing, Project Management, Scrum Product Owner.
• Relevant domain (technical) knowledge and proven experience.
