You are responsible for building the business within the 2 biggest Niche accounts in the Netherlands and distribution via independent niche players in the Benelux. You will develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Skins and De Bijenkorf. Additionally, you are the commercial contact for independent niche customers in the Benelux and visit them on a regular basis.
Description
Develop and implement the niche strategy and plans in line with company priorities for your accounts:
- Visit key accounts and independents on a regular basis; you are the ears and eyes in the market
- Coordinate with Brand Manager and Ecommerce Key Account Manager to develop the annual account plans and budgets
- Lead and prepare COOP negotiations in collaboration with the Brand Manager Niche and Ecommerce Key Account Manager
- Lead annual condition meetings and follow up through the year with the retailer(s)
Keep the day-to-day management of the accounts:
- Set-up, manage, and drive cross-functional interaction between retailer, team, and internal with subsidiary and HQ
- Set, prepare, and follow-up business update meetings on a regular basis
- Follow up on monthly budget closure (reporting, analysis, action plan to be put in place)
- Responsible for sell-in launches and sets - from negotiations to on-shelf incl. GWP /sample support
- Manage best-in-class assortment in collaboration with Marketing, driving best-sellers on shelf
- Lead collaborative planning with key retailers; ensure correct stock levels in the right places
