We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner who wants to help shape the future of our people and our organization. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pAs an HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted sparring partner for business (with a focus on leaders). You bring our strategies to life in practice, ensuring that teams work well together, managers grow in their roles, and our organization is ready for the future. /p pYour responsibilities include: /p ul liRolling out HR policies and improving HR processes. /li liSupporting and coaching managers on day-to-day people matters. /li liDriving talent development and succession planning. /li liContributing to organizational changes and leading HR projects. /li liCollaborating with the Works Council and maintaining a positive social climate. /li liManaging key HR topics such as compensation, absence management, job architecture and leadership training. /li liContributing actively to the implementation of our new HR Operating Model and playing a role in the ongoing HR Transformation journey. /li liWorking closely with other HR teams across Europe, especially in Germany, to ensure alignment and collaboration. /li /ul h3Who are you? /h3 pYou are a proactive and inspiring professional who enjoys working with people and achieving results together. /p pYou also bring: /p ul liA Master’s degree or equivalent education. /li liAt least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or production environment. /li liKnowledge of Dutch labor law (including sickness regulations) and Works Council processes. /li liStrong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills. /li liA natural sense of informal leadership – you know how to engage, influence and support others through change. /li liFluency in English (German is a plus). /li liA positive, independent and “can-do” attitude. /li /ul h3Why Outokumpu? /h3 pAt Outokumpu, you’ll be part of a global organization with an open, down-to-earth and people-focused culture.br/We give you the freedom to take initiative and to grow, while contributing to the future of HR in our company.
