Join the Stoneridge Team as we continue to build upon our strong history and reputation for quality products to deliver innovative products and systems that address a need, exceed our customers’ expectations, and motivate our team. /p h3Objective of the position /h3 pWe are seeking an Interim Head of Administration responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all financial and administrative processes. This role will focus on maintaining a high standard of financial administration through diligent performance, verification, and correction of related tasks. The expected duration of the assignment is 1 year. /p h3Characterization of activities /h3 ul liFinancial Administration Oversight: Manage and maintain accurate, timely, and complete financial administration for assigned operating companies, including monthly/annual closings and periodic declarations (tax, VAT, Statistics Netherlands). /li liProcess Improvement Compliance: Provide input on policy improvements, adjust procedures, and ensure compliance with standards; identify and correct deficiencies when necessary. /li liTeam Leadership Coordination: Oversee daily departmental operations, distribute and monitor work, ensure optimal staffing, and foster an open, engaged working environment across locations, including the Shared Service Centre in Estonia. /li liCoaching Knowledge Transfer: Instruct, supervise, and coach team members, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and adherence to guidelines. /li liRisk Management Compliance: Maintain critical external contacts (accountants, authorities, foreign branches) to ensure accurate financial entries and reporting; prevent errors that could lead to legal non‑compliance, financial losses, and confidentiality breaches through timely detection, correction, and adherence to policies. /li liIndependent Planning Coordination: Independently manage schedules and priorities within established procedures and regulations, exercising initiative in problem‑solving and quality control; maintain cross‑departmental communication to ensure accurate transaction recording and smooth workflow. /li /ul h3Education, Experience And Knowledge /h3 ul liEducation: Minimum HBO (Higher Professional Education) level; financial background preferred. /li liExperience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with proven ability to work effectively under pressure; experience in an international environment is preferred. /li liLeadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and processes. /li liCommunication: Excellent communication skills; fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). /li liTechnical/Language Skills (Nice to Have): Proficiency in Russian and/or Estonian is an advantage. /li liSoftware: Must have experience with Exact; good to have knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion/HFM, and OneStream. /li liSoft Skills: Ability to communicate efficiently at all organizational levels and foster collaboration. /li /ul h3For agencies /h3 pWe wish to fill this interim role independently.
