Your responsibilities

• Advise and support the management in shaping and actively implementing financial policy.
• Proactively manage risks and play a key role in designing and safeguarding financial and fiscal compliance frameworks.
• Lead our digitalization journey as an ERP expert and lead automation projects, in which you will also participate.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting: fiscal, statutory, intercompany, internal and external.
• Lead and coordinate audits and contribute yourself to their positive results.
• Analyse financial data to secure its correctness, integrity and completeness.
• Support due diligence processes, legal and other governance related activities.
• Maintain hands‑on support and tight control over financial administration: from month‑end closing to payroll. We expect your active and pro‑active contribution.
• Coordinate all banking matters, optimize our cash flow and KYC processes, with a practical and results‑oriented approach.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar (senior) financial position.
• Thorough knowledge of Dutch GAAP, basic IFRS, and tax legislation.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and excellent Excel skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Hands‑on mentality, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
