The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a driven insurance professional to take the helm of a small, established business and lead its transformation into a high-growth European operation.

You will be supported by major investments in technology, This is a hands-on role for a leader who is excited to roll up their sleeves, shape strategy, and execute a growth plan from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for delivering the top-line revenue and EBITDA growth plan.
• Lead the expansion strategy into new European territories.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key associations and partners, navigating their structures with patience and tenacity to secure new business.
• Lead, manage, and grow the small, local team in Holland.
• Act as the key driver of change within the business, fostering a "can-do" attitude.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry is essential. Background in commercial combined, private client, or personal lines are all relevant.
• Mindset: A strong trading mentality combined with a collaborative approach. You are not a pure salesperson but someone who can see and seize commercial opportunities.
• Attitude: The most critical attribute is a proactive, can-do attitude and an ability to embrace change. We are looking for a problem-solver who says, "Leave it with me," rather than focusing on barriers.
• Leadership Style: A hands-on leader who is prepared to be part of a small team, roll up their sleeves, and contribute to all aspects of the operation. This is not a purely strategic, hands-off role.
