pAs Global Sales Executive, you are responsible for driving global sales activities and expanding the international presence of our client within advanced analytical instrumentation. You will manage existing accounts, grow the international distributor network, and identify new market opportunities, while collaborating closely with application scientists to deliver innovative solutions to customers worldwide. This is a highly independent position with direct impact on the company’s global growth strategy. Your tasks include: /p ul liDrive global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets /li liBuild and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships /li liIdentify new business opportunities and expand into new markets /li liDeliver product presentations, seminars, and demonstrations worldwide /li liCollaborate with technical and scientific teams to ensure customer success /li liProvide market insights to support product development and positioning /li liTravel internationally to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and drive growth /li /ul ul liLong term position, which starts with a direct contract at the hiring company /li liCompetitive base salary between €5400 and €8500 gross per month (fulltime), plus performance-based incentives /li liFulltime position /li li24-35 vacation days /li liPersonal development budget and travel support /li liDuring the onboarding period, you are expected to work fulltime from our office in Alphen a/d Rijn; afterwards, there is the possibility to work partly remotely, with a regular presence at the office /li liOpportunity to work with a leading global supplier in analytical sciences /li /ulpFor this position as Global Sales Executive, we are looking for a commercially driven professional with a strong analytical background, capable of quickly understanding complex instrumentation and engaging with customers at a high level. /p ul liHbo or MSc degree in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field /li liProven experience in (international) sales, preferably within a technical or scientific environment /li liSolid laboratory and analytical background /li liExperience with analytical instrumentation (e.g. HPLC, electrochemistry or MS) is a plus /li liStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills /li liCustomer-focused, results-driven, and able to work independently in an international environment /li liWillingness to travel internationally; fluent in English /li /ul
