We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for candidates who share that same commitment.   /p pbRole and Responsibilities /b  /pulliIdentify, target, and secure new key accounts in alignment with company objectives. /liliExpand business with existing clients by promoting additional products and applications. /liliDevelop and execute customer-specific account strategies. /liliNegotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements to ensure profitability and growth. /liliWork closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to promote Nordson solutions. /liliCoordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and support. /liliProvide market intelligence to internal teams to guide product development and innovation. /li /ul pbSkills and Qualifications /b  /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. /liliMBA or advanced business qualification is a plus. /liliMinimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the industrial, or technical markets /liliProfessional English and French language skills are a must have. /liliA valid driving license is mandatory /liliExperience in negotiating complex contracts and long-term supply agreements /liliProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/365 tools. /liliFamiliarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling) /li /ul pbTravel /b  /pulli70% travelling incl. regular overnight stays (weekly 1-2) /li /ul pbBenefits /b  /ppWe offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
