Through , we support patients with reliable information, careful dispensing processes, and responsive customer support. /ppTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a Pharmacy Support Officer who is accurate, service-minded, and comfortable working in an environment where quality, compliance, and clear processes matter. /ppRole: Pharmacy Support Officer (Pharmaceutical Assistant) /ppLocation: Amsterdam (on-site) /ppContract: Full-time /ppStart date: As soon as possible /ppWhat you will do /ppYou will support the daily pharmacy operations and work closely with pharmacists and operations colleagues to process prescriptions, prepare orders, and handle patient queries with care. /ppKey responsibilities /pp● Process prescriptions and medication orders (online and or in-person workflows) /pp● Prepare, label, and pack medicines in line with SOPs and quality standards /pp● Support compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures /pp● Stock control: checking, ordering, registering, and flagging shortages /pp● Maintain accurate pharmacy administration and documentation /pp● Support customer and patient communication via email and phone /pp● Identify issues, risks, or inconsistencies /pp● Contribute to process improvements across operations, safety, and customer experience /ppRequirements /ppWho we are looking for /ppYou are practical, detail-oriented, and reliable.
