About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and field-oriented EU Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our FMCG distribution footprint across the European Union. This is a travel-intensive, performance-focused role aimed at building long-term partnerships with European wholesalers, ethnic retailers, and distribution partners while driving consistent month-on-month revenue growth. The selected candidate will act as a strategic bridge between: European customers. Our Benelux operations team. The primary objective is to increase EU revenue through structured travel planning, strong relationship management, aggressive order generation, and disciplined account follow-up. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field MBA (Marketing / International Business) preferred. Required Experience: 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or export markets Prior exposure to European wholesale or ethnic retail markets preferred Proven experience in field sales and territory management Experience handling distributors, wholesalers, and B2B clients Exposure to logistics coordination and cross-border transport planning Demonstrated track record of achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets Required Skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel proficiency Field-oriented and comfortable with frequent travel (60–70%) Strong communication and negotiation skills Relationship-building capability with long-term business focus Detail-oriented approach (shelf audits, compliance checks, SKU analysis) Basic understanding of FMCG retail operations and supply chain flow Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability Strong follow-up discipline and structured reporting capability Problem-solving ability in credit, delivery, and customer coordination matters Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Territory Development & Travel Execution (60–70% Travel) Travel across EU countries (minimum one country visit every two weeks) Conduct in-person meetings with wholesalers and distributors Strengthen relationships with existing EU customers Identify and onboard new distribution partners Map high-potential ethnic retail clusters in assigned territories Represent the company at trade meetings and regional industry events 2. Sales Growth & Order Generation Drive consistent month-on-month revenue growth Achieve defined monthly sales targets for EU markets Reactivate inactive accounts and convert them into recurring customers Increase order frequency and average basket size Promote fast-moving and high-margin SKUs Introduce new product launches to EU customers Negotiate and coordinate transport-based deliveries outside Benelux 3. Customer Relationship Management Maintain structured follow-up cycles for all EU accounts Build long-term partnerships (relationship-based sales approach) Address complaints, credit issues, and logistics coordination Ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution Provide regular customer health and revenue reports to management 4. Internal Coordination Work closely with the Indian tele-calling team for: Lead generation Follow-up calls Order reminders Payment follow-ups Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for order planning Align with marketing for country-specific promotions Maintain structured CRM and customer database 5. Market Intelligence & Strategic Contribution Track competitor pricing across EU markets Identify country-specific product demand trends Provide regional performance insights to management Suggest country-wise expansion roadmap Identify potential for sub-distribution models
