This includes steering the Discipline, Reliability and Process Engineers. Develops the concept of a maintenance plan for the site to ensure reliability and availability of process equipment.• Supports and Facilitates several types of reviews and studies: i.e. Classes of Plant Quality, Value Engineering, FMEA’s, Safety studies, Root Cause Analysis, Project Stage Gate Reviews and Productivity Generation etc.MOC, Projects and Turn Around:• Leads the technical support and engineering for the elimination and solving of equipment, process and system problems at the site.
