We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a skilled team in developing cutting-edge technology. In this role, you will manage projects, improve engineering processes, and drive innovation using EPLAN. You will also mentor engineers, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality execution of electrical designs.

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering

Experience in leading engineering teams

Knowledge of EPLAN or similar tools

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in Dutch and English
