• Policy & Systems: Lead the development and implementation of EHS policies and systems, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and agile thinking.
• Project Management: Coordinate projects and ensure effective collaboration between teams and external stakeholders.
• Safety Culture: Advocate for a safe, hygienic and sustainable working environment.
• Travel: You are willing to travel one day per week to our other EPD location in Olst.

• Gross monthly salary starting from €5,000 (based on 40 hours)
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• Workweek of 32 to 40 hours
• Year-end bonus of 8.33%
• Holiday allowance of 8.33%
• Personal development plan and budget for growth

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in science or technology.
• You have ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 certifications.
• You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are analytical and decisive.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Dutch (or willingness to learn)
