ph3Job Description /h3 pFor an experienced trader who looks beyond just the PL. As bDirector Trading /b, you are the linchpin between strategy, execution and risk. You monitor the quality of our market making on the Client Portal and maintain an overview of both outright and facilitating positions. You can understand complex trading structures, assess them critically and adjust where necessary. You assess outright positions taken by the product desks and keep control of the facilitating positions that result from them. In doing so, you act as the substantive point of contact between Front Office, Legal and Risk, and liaise directly with the Managing Director on complex or non‑standard trades.
