Our client, a leading Investment Bank and Advisory Boutique, is looking for strong additions to their team on Associate Director / Director levels

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full M&A transaction process — from origination to closing.
• Manage and mentor analysts and associates, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and client service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and corporate clients in the Benelux region.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand deal flow in the small and mid‑cap market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Native or fluent Dutch and professional‑level English proficiency.
• Proven track record executing sell‑side and buy‑side transactions in the €10M–€200M range.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills with a client‑centric mindset.
