To drive this evolution, we're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multiple engineering teams and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced, Agile environment.Your RoleYou will play a pivotal role in driving delivery, team alignment, and process maturity, acting as the bridge between engineering, product, and stakeholders while fostering a high-performance, data-driven, and Agile culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery lifecycle across multiple engineering teams, ensuring timely, high-quality releases that align with business goals.Coordinate dependencies, risks, and delivery plans across teams and international regions.Coach teams in Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement through Scrum ceremonies, retrospectives, and actionable metrics.Mentor and empower team leads, strengthening ownership and delivery predictability.Identify and resolve blockers to keep teams focused and productive.Align with Product Managers and business stakeholders to maintain strategic prioritization and transparency.Champion best practices in delivery operations, from CI/CD and metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP) to scalable process improvements.Create clarity in ambiguity, navigating the complexities of a scaling tech platform and international compliance requirements.Are you ready to scale high-performing delivery teams and build the future of work?Join us and help shape a smarter, more flexible labour market—powered by tech and talent.
