Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters, including pre-litigation counseling on a wide variety of topics.
- Collaborate with the Legal Team, Global Affairs (Policy) Team, the Communications Team, the various Content verticals and other stakeholders throughout the company.
- Assess and manage litigation risks with an experienced perspective on international litigation and complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Work with internal resources across the company and report to the EMEA Head of Litigation.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of post-qualification litigation experience in the media sector, ideally as external legal counsel and in-house counsel.
- Familiarity with the film industry and interest in related legal issues.
- Strong collaboration and communications skills; prior in-house experience preferred.
- Experience in international litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Fluency in English required.
