Corporate Account Manager – Europe (Logistics/FMCG)

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (also open to Spain, Germany, France)

Setup: Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Salary: €70,000 – €85,000 (depending on experience and location)

Pod Talent is excited to partner with a leading European logistics company on a newly created, high-impact role within their evolving commercial structure. With operations spanning the entire Europe, the business supports major players in the FMCG space and is known for its innovation and customer-centric approach.

About the Role

As the business continues to scale and centralise its European operations, this is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded Account Manager to join a new team and help shape how the business supports pan-European clients.

This isn’t your typical account management role. As a Corporate Account Manager, you’ll connect central leadership with local market teams, managing major European clients and leading cross-border commercial alignment, tenders, and strategic growth.

Working closely with the Commercial Network Director, you’ll help roll out processes, pricing strategies, and tools across multiple regions. It’s a unique chance to influence how commercial work is done across Europe - from standardising tenders to building internal systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate-level clients, ensuring commercial consistency across European markets
  • Lead and support large-scale tender processes, helping local teams land and expand multi-country opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams across Benelux, Germany, Poland, Iberia, UK&I to align pricing, delivery, and value propositions
  • Create and implement standardised commercial templates, tools, and processes
  • Support the rollout of new systems (CRM tools and automations).
  • Identify and support the expansion of existing contracts, spotting opportunities for upsell and optimisation
  • Travel around Europe, approx. 2–3 times per month to support tenders and build alignment with internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role, ideally within FMCG or fast-paced logistics sectors
  • Fluent English and Dutch are essential. French/Spanish/German are highly desirable
  • Experience managing international clients or key accounts, with a strong track record of commercial delivery
  • Expertise in pan-European tender processes, pricing strategy, and commercial process building
  • High-energy, results-driven mindset – thrives in high-growth, high-change environments
  • Strong analytical capability, able to dive deep into product, pricing, and performance metrics
