We offer a sustainable career with an eye for your personal development, and in which growth is possible within the various disciplines of the organization.As a Controls Engineer at Thomassen Energy, you will:Lead controls projects and manage technical support on controls, instrumentation, and electrical subjects to fulfil our targets in terms of technical performances and schedules.Perform existing control enhancements in-house as well as commissioning and start-up of control systems in the field.Generate control product specs for modifications and/or creation of new controlling software and hardware for control system installation jobs.Perform control logic troubleshooting on gas turbines on-site or by remote log in.Effectively lead and manage projects on controls ensuring that milestones are kept.Schedule and plan control systems related development projects.Research and advise about new potential development and innovation opportunities.Provide specialist engineering, commissioning support, and field service support.You will bring to the table:You thrive in a dynamic and versatile environment.You get energy from being involved in both developing as well as execution activities.Travelling to our international customers is no problem at all for you.You are efficient and pragmatic, selecting the best solution for problems at hand.You are an organizational talent and team player; an improver who brings immediate focus.You are an excellent communicator who knows how to motivate people.You hold a MSc/BSc in Electrical/Electronics/Physics with equivalent experience in similar positions.Programming speedtronic control systems and/or Siemens (PCS7) is something you are familiar with.We offer:An attractive position in a growing and ambitious company making the change in the world to clean energy.
