Validate designs for buildability and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.  /lilistrongStakeholder Engagement: /strong Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and local authorities. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to resolve construction-related challenges promptly.  /lilistrongRisk Assessment and Management: /strong Proactively identify and assess project risks, advising on the need for specialist consultants to mitigate these risks. Implement project strategies to address potential issues effectively.  /lilistrongTendering and Contract Management: /strong Lead the tendering process for all construction projects, ensuring compliance with Shurgard’s procurement policies. Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with contractors and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.  /lilistrongSite Management and Supervision: /strong Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
