About the job

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy at Icetubs.com. You will ensure that all aspects of marketing are covered—from brand development and digital strategy to market expansion and customer retention. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Paid Ads Manager to ensure strong alignment between performance marketing, brand-building, and commercial goals. A key part of your role is balancing long-term organic growth with short-term sales impact.

You will lead a growing Marketing team. You will also manage key external partners, including our website agency, and work with the HubSpot marketing Hub. You’ll ensure these resources are fully leveraged to drive performance, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to support business objectives and revenue growth.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Paid Ads Manager to ensure alignment between marketing and commercial performance.

• Balance organic brand-building with performance-driven campaigns that generate revenue.

• Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and alignment across channels.

• Own brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

• Oversee content strategy, SEO, and organic social to drive awareness and engagement.

• Lead external partners: manage the website agency, SEO agency, etc.

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

• Support both B2B and B2C sales with tailored marketing plans.

• Optimize the customer journey from awareness to post-purchase and retention.

• Define clear KPIs and ensure rigorous tracking, analysis, and reporting.

• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor moves to adjust strategy.

• Drive customer retention through CRM, loyalty campaigns, and personalized experiences.

• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, service, and operations teams.

What we’re looking for

Must-Have Qualities

• Senior-level marketing experience, ideally as CMO or VP Marketing (5+ years).

• Strong digital marketing background, including organic and paid channels.

• Proven ability to balance brand building with sales performance.

• Experience working closely with sales and growth/performance teams.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Data-driven, with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking.

• Skilled in campaign planning, content strategy, Hubspot, and customer journeys.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience managing external agencies and marketing software platforms.

• Understanding of e-commerce and high-ticket DTC products.

• Strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented.

Bonus Qualities (Nice to Have)

• Experience scaling brands internationally.

• Startup or scale-up experience.

• Background in wellness, fitness, or performance industries.
