About the function

As a CNC Brake Press Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include independently operating the machines, loading programs, setting up tools, and ensuring optimal performance. You will work with a range of materials, such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, to fabricate high-quality parts. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting spot welding and performing essential fabrication tasks. Tasks:

• Set up and operate Trumpf CNC Brake Press or Punch Press machines to achieve precise and optimal performance.

• Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures, ensuring the products meet or exceed client expectations.

• Perform spot welding and carry out basic fabrication tasks as required.

• Load materials onto the machines, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.

• Fine-tune machine settings, offsets, and parameters to achieve desired outcomes.

• Skillfully operate the brake press machines, ensuring accurate bending of materials.
