In this role, you will manage billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing, resolve customer queries, and collaborate across departments to improve systems and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a financial background, strong analytical skills, and experience with tools like D365 and Power BI. /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliComplete and correct customer and invoice-related information in billing and accounting systems to ensure accurate invoicing. /liliActively contact bespoke customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction with invoices. /liliResolve disputes or inquiries from customers and colleagues, ensuring timely and complete communication. /liliIssue ad hoc invoices and credit notes from accounting or billing systems. /liliProcess purchase orders for prepaid credit. /liliAnalyse discrepancies affecting invoicing accuracy or company profitability. /liliSuggest improvements for processes and systems across billing and related departments. /liliCreate reports for colleagues and customers. /liliParticipate in projects to improve billing processes and systems. /liliPerform ad hoc tasks as required by the Operations Manager or Head of Billing. /li /ulpstrongYou have/are: /strong /pulliHBO level education. /liliAt least two years of financial background. /liliFluent in English. /liliKnowledge of D365, Power BI, Power Platform SQL. /liliAdvanced MS Suite skills. /liliAnalytical and leadership skills. /liliCustomer-oriented and solution-driven. /liliStrong presentation skills and cultural awareness. /liliAbility to make appropriate decisions when required. /liliStructured and systematic working methods. /liliCommitment to quality and adherence to procedures and deadlines. /liliTeam player with strong relationship-building skills. /liliAbility to multitask and adapt to continuous developments. /liliMaritime industry experience is a plus. /li /ulpstrongInterested?br/strong In case you are interested to hear more about the company and would like to have some more information, please apply!
