ppMills Auto Group is seeking a Full Time Accounting Clerk. Applicants must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions, with previous dealership experience required. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK is a plus. /p pLocation: 1324 N Brightleaf Blvd, Smithfield, NC. Position: Full Time. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liHealth, Dental, Medical /li li401K /li liPaid Time Off /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPost invoices into CDK /li liIssue checks /li liCancel warranties through third party vendor /li liReconcile VSC vendor schedule /li liCut cancellation checks to banks and customers /li liDo daily deposits from sales, parts and service /li liRecord receipts and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices /li liPerform basic and routine accounting functions /li liMaintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts /li liHandle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned /li liPost A/P invoices and reconcile schedules /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious automotive dealership accounting experience required /li liProficient with standard computer software and accounting software /li liExcellent customer service and communication skills /li /ul h3About The Dealership /h3 pMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
