In this role, you will be closely involved in periodic closings, financial reporting, and compliance activities, with particular attention to subscription-based revenue models and applicable accounting standards. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat your day might look like /strong /pulliHandle and verify entries in the general ledger. /liliAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. /liliPrepare reconciliations and generate financial statements. /liliOversee intercompany transactions, banking activities, and both accounts receivable and payable. /liliApply appropriate revenue recognition rules for subscription services and contractual arrangements. /liliReview and improve invoicing workflows and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate revenue treatment. /liliSupport both internal reviews and external audits. /liliIdentify opportunities to optimize and automate financial processes using relevant tools and platforms. /liliWork with the finance lead on budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Skills Experience /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /liliStrong command of English; Dutch language skills are an advantage. /lili3–5 years of experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within a technology or subscription-based business. /liliHands-on experience with monthly and annual closings and local GAAP requirements. /liliFamiliarity with tax regulations relevant to the regions where the company operates. /liliUnderstanding of subscription revenue, deferred income, and key SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR) is highly valued. /liliComfortable working with accounting software, ERP systems, and related financial tools. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat helps you succeed /strong /pulliExcellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. /liliStrong Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio is an advantage. /liliProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results. /liliEnthusiasm for working in a dynamic, technology-driven, and fast-growing environment. /li /ul
