As a Senior Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing financial products that will shape the future of how businesses manage their finances. Designing and engineering systems that can scale to handle high volumes of transactions. Developing Products Our Customers Love: Iterating from an idea to the final solution, shaping, building, testing, and measuring the performance of the features our customers love. Providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on collaboration. Tech Leadership: Leading technical initiatives from architecture design to implementation, ensuring engineering excellence. Utilising your creative problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to resolve complex issues and contribute to our mission of making financial processes effortless. Engineering Excellence: Owning the code quality and engineering excellence and best practices of our systems. Always Be Shipping Mindset: It’s about consistently delivering value to customers, where speed and quality go hand in hand. ~6+ years of experience in developing large-scale applications, preferably with PHP or Java. Experience with Go, C#, or Python is also valued but you are willing to work with PHP or Java. ~ Experience in mentoring junior developers and implementing strategies to drive team growth and skill development. ~ Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to shape ideas with a product-first approach, as well as analyse and resolve complex issues. ~
