Your Mission Own and scale high-performing ad campaigns that drive real foot traffic. You’ll go beyond campaign management, translating complex data into clear growth strategies for restaurant owners, and ensuring they stand out on Google Maps when it matters most. What You’ll Do Campaign Ownership Lead the setup, optimization, and scaling of Google Performance Max campaigns with a strong focus on local visibility. Local Growth Focus Drive measurable impact on Google Maps presence and local discovery for restaurant partners. Strategic Advisory Work directly with restaurant owners to recommend the right advertising strategies and packages. Data → Action Turn performance data into simple, actionable insights that customers actually understand and use. Who You Are Experienced 2–4 years managing Google Ads (Meta Ads is a plus). PMax Expert You understand Performance Max inside out—especially in a local/business context. ️ Hospitality Mindset (Bonus) You’ve worked with restaurants or hospitality businesses—or you deeply understand how they operate. ️ Bilingual Communicator Dutch & English.
