Role Description As a full-time Advertising Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring the timely delivery of top-quality work. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to align creative strategies with client goals while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include driving client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the agency. This role is based on-site at our Amsterdam office. Qualifications Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with both clients and internal teams Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities Passion for creativity and knowledge of the advertising industry trends Previous experience (2 to 3 years) in an agency setting is a plus
