pHello /ppAt Webfleet we're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results orientedbrField Service Specialist Internbrin Amsterdam to support our Field Service team dedicated to ourbrUKIbrcustomer base. /ppWhat will your role be?br/ppYou will be Reporting directly into the Field Service Team /Mentor in the following activities: /ppCustomer facing activities, such as: /pulliCoordination of installation planning and ensuring correct data and monitoring progress on installations; /liliCoordinate after sales activities for existing customer database, e.g. data care/hygiene; /liliHandling (minor) complaints from start to resolution; /liliCoordination of installations with our installation partners; /liliPoint of contact for other departments for installation-related queries. /li /ulpProcess- related activities, such as: /pulliCreating process-related documentation (process flows + descriptions); /liliIdentifying and implementing potential process improvements. /li /ulpWho are we looking for?brThere is no set route to become part of Webfleet.
